It is a dingy and depressing branch. (Turner Road Nanaimo) I have never been greeted in a cheery or positive manner. Many times there is only one customer service representative at the counter and a long line up but, I always see staff coming in and out of their offices or from a mysterious location somewhere in the back again, without a greeting or care of how long the lineup is.
A little bit slow service but friendly. I do enjoy going to this one because of the friendly workers. But sometimes they take too long with clients and I get it It's not their fault but maybe put in more front counter stuff when those periods happen. During a busy time today a coworker of theirs dropped by to say hi or something and the manager and two of the workers stopped and talked at the front counter while there is a big lineup.
