Years ago I made the mistake of getting a morgage with TD. Both times I had to renew the morgage was a nightmare. It was coming up for renewal again on Feb 1st. But because I had such bad experiences every time I had to deal with TD. I decided to just pay out the morgage. You would think that all it would take to pay out a morgage is a phone call. And maybe a trip to town to sign some papers......... Nope. 13 phone calls where made. I would talk to someone at the Lacombe branch. And think that I knew what all had to be done ... read more
