Ridiculous banking. Verified bank draft from a branch 120 meters away and they want to hold this for 5 days. Bank manager giving contradictory answers and won’t even call to verify funds that are already verified by draft and transactions slip. Total joke, won’t even call the other bank manager who ahe deals with all the time. Total lack of service
We live in Blackfalds but, when we actually have to go into a branch, to purchase foreign exchange, etc, this is the branch that we always choose. The team here are all so very friendly and helpful. We appreciate that so much.
Need to fix your parking lot, the east side is so low all the cars scrape and destroy their front end when trying to enter the parking lot. I have a ford Taurus and it’s naturally low/long. This has been like this for years now, I thought since they repaired the west side, they’d also do the east…. Not sure why it hasn’t been addressed, when they fixed the west entrance… fix your parking lot so customers don’t damage their vehicles.
Don't waste your time at the Lacombe TD. Just book your appointment at a Red Deer branch.
Garbage been with them 3 years now they start putting my check on hold same checks new people.no loyalty to their customers i said how am i suppoed to go to work if i cant cash my check she said not my problem well it is your problem your the one cuaseing this
