Years ago I made the mistake of getting a morgage with TD. Both times I had to renew the morgage was a nightmare. It was coming up for renewal again on Feb 1st. But because I had such bad experiences every time I had to deal with TD. I decided to just pay out the morgage. You would think that all it would take to pay out a morgage is a phone call. I have been dealing with a fraud case for almost 4 months now and have gotten absolutely no where with not only my branch in Lacombe Alberta but TD fraud help lines, complaint departments and Senior complaint departments. I had over 10,000$ stolen from multiple accounts, as well a un authorized chequing account opened and a 1000$ overdraft both were not verified by myself. And after 1000$ went through without my authorization it was used. I would highly think twice about banking with TD, especially when it comes to security.
Good customer service
Came into the branch to get assistance with a very unique sale of a vehicle. Michelle and the manager Crystal were both incredibly helpful during the extensive and confusing process of the transaction. Made multiple calls to different departments within the TD chain to assist us. After a few hours spent in the branch, all parties involved in the sale of the vehicle left pleased. Thank you, Michelle and Crystal for all of your work and patience.
