I have been trying to transfer rrsp out of this location for close to 2 months now. They wont release the funds I will be closing all accounts with TD due to the horrible service from this branch
My husband and I have been going to this location since 2020 and not once we were acknowledge by name. In addition, they always- I mean ALWAYS gave my husband and I a hard time when depositing cheques even though they see every 2 weeks. I have been a TD customer since 2000 - the former manager and the current one makes me want to close our accounts. I remember I had to talk to Rae to help us a few times and she did until she moved. I hate going to this TD.
Shanta has helped me very much. She took personal care of my needs and I really appreciate all her efforts with my account. Genuinely impressed with the customer service.
I have been in line for 1/2 hour and has not moved! 2 business people ahead of me so angry they want to close their accounts. Seems to be lots of staff but 2 tellers. Would have been smarter to drive 20 mins to Keswick!.
