Won't count change or even let me count it to deposit into my account. Never had a problem before with this until today. I am very unsatisfied with their services I am considering changing banks. My money isn't green enough I guess .
25-year+ TD client and former TD employee(teller) here. Moved to Strathroy and absolutely loved it for weeks until I went in and had to deal with the unwelcoming, OBVIOUSLY racist, teller(old lady that's always on the far right) in this branch. The absolute stain of my stay in Strathroy! Not sure how you get good LEI scores with this woman on the front lines. I was hoping for a survey, but this'll have to do. They have terrible hours.
The Branch is great but the ATM sucks, they have a new ATM but it still will not take my checks and cash
Terrible hours, lines, and waiting on the phone forever. This bank gives no service and works with cartels and criminals. Switched to libro. Libro is non profit and shares returns with account holders and the community
