They have terrible hours.
The Branch is great but the ATM sucks, they have a new ATM but it still will not take my checks and cash
Terrible hours, lines, and waiting on the phone forever. This bank gives no service and works with cartels and criminals. Switched to libro. Libro is non profit and shares returns with account holders and the community
Not only did the hours become increasingly pathetic at this location but the atms weren't accessible either on my last visit Garbage
Deposited a significant sum of cash via the atm at this location. It malfunctioned and kept my card and cash. It has been 48 hours with no update and staff was rude at the branch when I called saying it could take 5. Business days. I feel the customer service could definitely be better when it is not the customers issue in this case.
