The drive through ATM is constantly down and unable to use. Super inconvenient to drive there just to find out and having no other option to go into the branch to use an ATM. I'm always having to then drive to Harvey and use that ATM. Why is it out of service so often? Literally at least once a week it's down. Why can't I (with my TD debit card) go into the front doors of the branch in the locked area and then use that ATM? Worse location for this. Ever.
Worst service and un knowledgeable staff in the industry. Very unorganized and unprofessional, the manager Debi makes the guest experience terrible.

My fiancé was trying to deposit quite a large transactionand having a TD account for several years and ran millions of dollars through account. They were not going to pay him interest for five days so he moved it over to the bank of Montreal and they approved it, And they wonder why they’re losing customers
