Worst TD ever. Not able to make my cheques available when I’ve been dealing with TD for over 6 years and other TD make way bigger cheques available right away. Always making excuses to hold your money.
Ms. Ngoc the manager at this branch of TD Bank, provided outstanding service. She was extremely professional, patient, and truly cared about helping me resolve a very complicated issue. She took the time to explain everything clearly and worked very efficiently to solve the problem much faster than I expected. Her support made a stressful situation much easier for me. I’m very grateful for her help and highly recommend this branch.
My husband and I came to the bank first thing in the morning because I had a big problem with my account. Jose Fores took the time to listen very carefully and helped me go through everything step by step. He spent over an hour helping us, and I really appreciated his patience. I know my situation was not easy to solve, but he stayed calm, kind, and professional the whole time. I recently opened my first home equity line of credit and had an exceptional experience thanks to Cade. From start to finish, Cade was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I went in today, to do some banking, and when I asked them to give me a direct deposit form, I told The stuff I want it from my every day Savings account apparently the staff decided to say what I had in both savings account. I think that is unstoppable and I do not appreciate it because everybody can tell what I have in there. not the greatest service of this happens again I will be changing banks
