Worst TD branch in Kelowna. Okay, maybe not, but the customer service representative was so rude. Ida is her name. I said I couldn’t access my statements online. I went to show her on my phone. She said, “you have to visit the full site.” I told her I tried that and they still weren’t available. Only a random selection of 2024 statements were available. She then proceeded to go, “I mean did you try on a big screen.” I said, “yes, a desktop computer.” She then tried to give me instructions on how to do it??? I said they didn’... read more
Worst TD ever. Not able to make my cheques available when I’ve been dealing with TD for over 6 years and other TD make way bigger cheques available right away. Always making excuses to hold your money.
