I recently opened my first home equity line of credit and had an exceptional experience thanks to Cade. From start to finish, Cade was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I have very little experience with home financing, and he took the time to truly listen and explain how everything works in a clear and approachable way. This experience has given me great confidence in TD Bank, and I would highly recommend Cade to anyone looking for guidance with home financing.
I went in today, to do some banking, and when I asked them to give me a direct deposit form, I told The stuff I want it from my every day Savings account apparently the staff decided to say what I had in both savings account. I think that is unstoppable and I do not appreciate it because everybody can tell what I have in there. not the greatest service of this happens again I will be changing banks
Do not go to this branch. Horrible customer service. Taking their time at tellers with a long line. Not enough staff working.
More helpful staff than I have seen at other locations. But TD as a whole, gouges people and they pass it off as normal fees that other banks have as well - not from my experience.
Honestly, this branch is always slow and expect to wait at least 30 to 40 mins for service. All of the other TDs are efficient, unfortunately not this one.
