Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent visit to your branch to open a new account. Firstly, the staff member who attended me used inappropriate and unclear words as a greeting, which I found unprofessional and uncomfortable. Horrible service and wait times after closing multiple branches in the city. Poorly trained staff. Do yourself a favor and call the TD complaint line.
Everytime I come to this branch, it is always busy. Expect to wait 20 min to speak with a teller
DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. Rude, incompetent staff (over the phone especially), constant random fees being charged up to $48 for a single fee, do absolutely NOTHING to help their clientele save, invest or build credit. Basically just take anything they can from them.
Do you only have one person working at a time? The wait is painful and makes me wish I banked somewhere else
