Do you only have one person working at a time? The wait is painful and makes me wish I banked somewhere else
This truly is the worst bank I have ever set up my accounts with. Moved from interior savings a few years ago to RBC because they were charging for every intract e-transfer. Moved from RBC to Toronto Dominion because they charge a fee to count cash. Biggest mistake I ever made was moving to TD. Compared to the price that I would lose on counting cash is nothing compared to the hassle that I've had with this bank. It has been one thing after another, constant blunders. I had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a bank at this branch. Saaya & Precious truly went above and beyond to assist me. They listened to me, addressed my concerns and truly helped me. Without getting into details I was dealing with a very stressful situation and they recognized the the toll it was taking on me. Recently switched over to this Bank in September and I have had nothing but trouble. It has been one issue after another. I came in there to open one simple bank account, ended up being talked into three different bank accounts because they need to pay people to join their Bank. $450 in fact. was not worth the hassle, I wished I'd never changed Banks. Update 2 nd time now , fraud scare Immediately opened accounts at rbc to get out of TD accounts. Money is not safe in this bank. Last straw with a second fraud scare.
We went to TD many times, and whenever Jordan was there, he helped us very well. He is amazing.
