Highly recommend seeing Tarif Hasnain at TD. He is very professional and clearly knows his stuff. He went out of his way to assist me, showing a level of dedication you don't see often by working through his lunch to finish our appointment. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent visit to your branch to open a new account. Firstly, the staff member who attended me used inappropriate and unclear words as a greeting, which I found unprofessional and uncomfortable. Secondly, although I waited for my turn, I was not attended to for approximately 10 minutes because the staff were busy with a new trainee. No explanation or apology was given for the delay.
