TD's process just seems to flow. After standing in incredibly long lineups at BMO and CIBC and watching them painfully carbon copy my creditcard for a payment, I quickly realized why these other institutions just aren't for me. I love that every transaction I perform between my personal and business account are instant. Their extended hours are much appreciated as well.
Pick a different branch. The manager at this one sucks. I had an issue with overdraft fees, and she told me she couldn't do anything while giving me serious attitude. I went to another branch after, and they helped with my issue no hesitation.
Corrupt criminal organization like the rest of them. Useless for any sort of business. They hold bank drafts, certified cheque's and anything else that's as good as cash. You almost need a lawyer to make a withdrawal and every staff member is rude from the start. Avoid this bank at all costs.
