Helpful staff understood my weird CRA form
Very judgmental and sexist manager, very rude attitude. Didn’t talk or explained anything , only fake scowl.
The staff at at the TD branch downtown on Ellis St in Kelowna are beyond top notch. Absolutely every time I come into the bank I am instantly greeted with a warm hello and treated like a member of family no matter how busy they are. They are all professional, courteous, well trained and always quick to help no matter who you are. Well done Team TD Ellis St... You are the the gold star of service.
