Thought parking would be a problem, but TD Bank downtown Kelowna has its own parking lot. Easy!
I’d give this particular Branch zero stars if I could! Apart from one associate that works at this particular branch ,every other teller was cantankerous, and didn’t listen to any of my concerns The particular Branch manger at this bank should be rightly ashamed and embarrassed at the way she handled my concerns
Yesterday I visited TD Bank and was helped by a young lady, I believe her name is Scotia. Instead of sending me away or giving uncertain information, she took the time to find the right answers and truly understand my questions and processed my transaction. It showed that great service isn’t just about experience, but about the willingness to learn and do right by the customer. Thank you, Scotia, for the excellent service.
DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. Rude, incompetent staff (over the phone especially), constant random fees being charged up to $48 for a single fee, do absolutely NOTHING to help their clientele save, invest or build credit. Basically just take anything they can from them.
Update: despite all the commotion, the entire cheque was released that day. Again, I understand it’s not the branch’s fault and everyone is always lovely - a good learning experience and am now aware to never expect to be able to cash cheques over $2000 anywhere without a hold regardless of any factors (familiarity, account history, etc) Things I appreciate about TD on Ellis: 1.
