The staff at at the TD branch downtown on Ellis St in Kelowna are beyond top notch. Absolutely every time I come into the bank I am instantly greeted with a warm hello and treated like a member of family no matter how busy they are. They are all professional, courteous, well trained and always quick to help no matter who you are. Well done Team TD Ellis St... You are the the gold star of service.
I visit this location for personal banking and for business transactions. I am never left disappointed by any of the tellers and I find the manager particularly helpful. She sets the tone for the branch and I find her to be friendly and efficient. I’m always greeted warmly and I find the team goes out of their way to make my day brighter.
I had a very good experience at this td! My banking associate Arlene was amazing! Brought me right in without an appointment (luckily she had time) and helping me with my first credit card, she helped me feel confident in my banking decisions, thank you Arlene:)
