Staff here (especially Liezel) are very friendly and helpful. They go all out to assist customers.
Very friendly staff
Staff are rude and act like it’s their money in the safe. Been with this bank for 20 years and nothing but racism and discrimination. Maybe that’s why this bank is going bankrupt, the bank staff who came from other countries are sending it “to their families”. Meanwhile they drive Mercedes Benz, have kids with old white men, and have big houses. Mail order bride anyone?
