i had the great pleasure of being served by Monique and Vinny a few days ago. i was out from Quebec City half way across the country taking the skeena on a journey to buy a car. and they were able to help me get the bank draft done, even though there were remnant issues with a now defunkt business account. they didn't give up, they knew time was running out as the skeena was gonna be taking off soon.... it was fun to talk to them as they tried all the different 'screen's to finally get the draft done. super insanely friendly... read more
This is the worst branch I have ever worked with. Made appointments and having them cancel twice?? All because the manager wasn’t in. Where’s the manager??? Waste of time not to mention the cancellation was made 30 minutes before my appointment. Not the first time this has happened either. Would give negative stars if I could not impressed!
