Contrary to previous reviews, I found my experience of my visit very pleasant. I was fortunate enough to be served by Mr. Mackenzie Cole. After some usual banking errands, I requested to see someone who can help me with the application of certain credit card. He immediately offered to assist me. He was quick, professional and knowledgeable during the whole process. Through his recommendations, I was able to decide the card that I needed in a short time. He was courteous and respectful.
