I've been a customer with TD for nearly 30 years from Alberta to Ontario and in between over the years and for the most part I find TD very helpful Pleasant knowledgeable staff until I ran into Sharma just recently she's supposed to be a mortgage specialist well I found her very inexperienced and extremely rude I think the bank should have provided her with more training and definitely customer service skills definitely needs Improvement with a representative like her the bank will lose customers
Huge shoutout to Mr Mackenze Cole, a really helpful , sweet and generous person. I really appreciate the way he helped me , and thanks to the lady with him , she was also very helpful. 😊
50% of the time is good, 50% bad. 1 star due to atm not accessible out of hours, and for some reason today the decide to whatever maintenance/ renos causing it to be closed with no other branch in town being open. 10/10 recommend switching to another bank as I will be
