Who has one teller and a business teller open on a Friday after closing the other branch. Complained about this before and they called and told me to withdraw my complaint. Years ago. Yay for banks.
I love how the bank just posts a automated msg so they make u think there taking action but rlly it's just a robot. Why not listen to your customers. With these bank fees it's ridiculous I will be switching banks This week
You really need to open the new branch. There it sits, looking like the building is done. Terrible parking at Dundas, especially for handicap people and too long to stand in line up. I often just drive to Ingersoll branch for better service inside and at the drive through.
