0 star 0 star 0 star.... 2yrs plus no bank statements, (greed) reinvested GIC (to suite their purposes) rude teller and called the customer complaint line. after being specific with the 2nd and 3rd customer rep complaint line WAS TRANSFERED to 4th person and STILL NOT THE RIGHT DEPT to deal with the problems. At this point will be looking into withdrawing $xxx,xxx small business and my personal $xx,xxx and going to another bank. worst bank EVER!!!!!
