10+ years of doing my personal + business banking with TD. Tellers act as pompous gate keepers between you and your money. Add friction to the process and treat you like you’re a criminal for wanting access to your own funds. Incredibility inconsistent experience + communication across the board. Was just hung up on by a resolutions rep who told me notes on file can only be of a certain nature, and that the one I was asking for wasn’t per their policy. (Really?)
