Yesterday on my way home from work I decided to drop in to resolve a simple matter which required a financial advisors assistance. While waiting in line I noticed a very angry customer, which should have been my omen to leave. Usually I resolve the same matter a few times a year at my home branch without issue and within a matter of minutes. I've been a TD customer for 20 something years and today was my first time at this branch- I wish I had come sooner! I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy. Although I didn't walk in with an appointment, he spent his time during his lunch break to help me with some difficult tasks that other advisors weren't able to help me with.
