Slowest bank I've ever been to out of all tds from here to T.O , always at least 5 people in line and minimum 35 minute wait , no urgency for the customer at all . They should have at least one person dedicated to just cash .
Staff were very nice. Place was very clean. Was not in line for too long
Update: It’s Saturday 1:30pm and the ATMs are closed. My partner cannot access his money. Yet another reason to open an account elsewhere. Closed my account because every month I deposited a government issued cheque I was asked what it was for, (always by the same manager) as if it was any of their business. And if I didn’t tell her, she would say “I have the authority to decline depositing this” Also, ATMs are not accessible past 8pm because “the homeless ppl go in the entrance at night and damage them”.
