I should have done this a while back! I have recanted my 1 star review and changed it to match the times (slight pun). The employees in Shelburne have always been courteous and helpful. My previous review was based solely on the hours of operation, nothing to do with what goes on inside. Those hours have since changed and I am grateful:)
The management was very helpful
Great service, I hope they open for longer hours since it the only TD bank in the area and I hope they also consider opening on weekends. TD is a one of the most commonly used banks in Canada and with this hours 11-4 with no weekends is very hard and stressful when I really need to go to a branch before or after work or when I’m free on weekends. I wish they get more service of hours and days available for the their customers
The ATM Bank machine has been down for 3 days, when I called TD they said it would probably be down for the whole week. Why do we have to go outside of town to do our banking, real nice TD
The staff is consistently great but the short hours are inconvenient, especially considering that the ATM doesn't dispense 50's or 10's. Incredibly frustrating when I can't do business at the machine or in the bank and have to go to another bank's ATM to do what I need to do (with a service charge attached)
