I went to the branch today to make a deposit in the ATM, sadly the door was locked. After reading all the comments it’s clear this branch doesn’t give a care about clients. I’ve been to branches across Canada and I’ve always been able access ATM machines, why is this branch different?
Why do your customers have no access to you ATM MACHINE 24hrs a day at this location.. . This is why there are atm’s so we can do banking during your closed Hours. The other banks next door and down the street are open 24hr.. I don’t understand the problem.. please don’t say the homeless, Cause again the other banks are also open. Read your reviews…2stars is pretty bad. It seems your branch doesn’t really care about their customers. So many of the reviews are about after hour access.. Come TD step it up. Not being able to get to a bank machine .TD should install a outside machine it's the simple fix making people pay because you don't want to have homeless people in your bank or making your customers go to Penetanguishene ( because the other machine in town doesn't take cash or locked up as well )
