What a ridiculous policy to lock your doors so people can’t access the ATM when the branch is closed. This defeats the entire purpose of an ATM!!!
I think it is absolutely ridiculous that the atms aren't open after hours.. Are we just supposed to deposit money at a convinient time for YOU? This is absolutely absurd.
Dont go unless you have too..waiting an hour to make a deposit..wow
This location has made me want to switch banks completely and I've been with them since I first got an account. The ATM machines can no longer be accessed before or after banking hours even though the majority or people work during said hours, and instead of trying to resolve the issue as a company they say it's up to the town to resolve. You locking your doors and preventing people from banking using the machines is not a town problem but a TD problem
The only bank in town that you can't access their ATMs after hours. Implement a card access lock on the doors, problem solved. Will be switching banks if this issue isn't resolved soon.
