Sarah was so helpful and very nice. She made sure I left with everything set and ready to use so I wouldn’t have to struggle to set up at home.
I have had good experiences here. Helpful and pleasant. Telephone meetings and advice as well. Perhaps they should have 2 lines, one for business and quicker transaction as I read some of the complaints. I wasn't in a hurry, so I understand a wait at times. Still, much better than the Midland branch. I wish I could open a US account for the cross border banking without driving to the USA.
