I have had good experiences here. Helpful and pleasant. Telephone meetings and advice as well. Perhaps they should have 2 lines, one for business and quicker transaction as I read some of the complaints. I wasn't in a hurry, so I understand a wait at times. Still, much better than the Midland branch. I wish I could open a US account for the cross border banking without driving to the USA.

Typical small town bank. Tellers are friendly and can sometimes be over chatty. To be expected. I guess the older folk appreciate that, but not if you're in a hurry. Oh well, it is what it is. All the complainers should join the Meridian. Then they'd know what small town banking is really about.....:(
