The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Been banking here for over 30 yrs.
Today I went into the brand to make a deposit to an RESP. I told the lady ( I believe her name was Sarah) that I knew that she may need a superior as in the past, sometimes I needed to wait a bit for one to be able to do the transaction. I had switched banks about 5 years ago for this exact reason. She snapped at me that in the 7 years she had never done a RESP deposit on the front line. Avoid this branch at all costs, if not TD entirely. The ATM ate my card and the manager was INCREDIBLY rude when I asked for help. I walked out saying you're ridiculous and she had the gall to call me and tell me I was very rude. I've never had such AWFUL service at TD let alone any bank.
