Terrible customer service! The assistant manager is very rude and I have heard this from other people I know who use that exact branch. Save yourself the headache and go to a different branch. I may even change over to a whole new bank after this.
Fee for using a non-TD bank card is higher than other banks and credit unions.
Customer Service outstanding. However since Business outlet closed the line for service is extremely long, . I have waited 30 minutes, All customers have issues some short some extended. The issue is more staffing to assist when line up is lengthy. I am no choice as I am a business client
