My mother has been with td for so many years and as an elderly woman she was gets excellent service by the staff. Today we were in Stoney creek and she had to pay her rent just like everyone else. The experience she faced was horrible and the lady who helped her was rude and not helpful. She pays her rent every month the same way at the branch but for some reason today she was not allowed to do the lady didn’t even check her account to see that there is payment done every month to the landlord account. 2 tellers on a Tuesday morning after a long weekend obviously there is something seriously wrong with the management just read your reply but I can't reply to it so I'll put it here you mean I'm the first one that realized there was not enough tellers this morning and you have to pass that on now that I told you ??? Are you serious LOL Is everybody working in the bank blind ? LOL i'm real happy none of you are crane operators 🤣
