Laura G. is fabulous for all your financial planning needs. She is kind, calm, professional, and so down to earth. She explains everything very well, and helps with all your planning needs. 5 stars for sure.
Good service and fast
Nadia the manager does not know what shes talking about, each time we come in a for a deposit, theres always an excuse to make things more complicated. every other branch in hamilton are trained and educated. The branch managers there are unaware of what they are doing, this will also be sent out to TD complaints, all the other employees there are very nice and respectful. I will also add that wait times are crazy while theres not enough staff to help. I would be pleased to give 0 stars if we could.
I called the branch for help, but the person I spoke with told me to call somewhere else and then hung up on me. That was very unprofessional and disappointing. Date 17 july 2015. Time 2.49pm. :(
Came into this branch today, myself and my wife had a meeting with Lima, was a very memorable experience, I appreciate the help she provided not too mention the interaction between herself and all the staff had my with my 3 year old daughter, Thank you for a great experience , and thanks again to Lima for the help
