Came into this branch today, myself and my wife had a meeting with Lima, was a very memorable experience, I appreciate the help she provided not too mention the interaction between herself and all the staff had my with my 3 year old daughter, Thank you for a great experience , and thanks again to Lima for the help
Such slow service
The slowest branch. I can’t believe that they have 9 booths and 2 active tellers. So terrible!
Horrible customer service.
Brutal!! No customer acknowledgement, tons of customers in line waiting, no smiles on employees faces at all. Definitely will stick to my own location for now on. Really don't understand how not one staff member smiles? Is it that bad there?
