Fast, efficient and customer orientated
I have never had a poor experience using this branch and have always had great experiences with the staff. I have always been treated with respect as a customer and have never felt pressured into doing anything I didn't want to sign up for.
TL;DR: the bank sucks, customer service ain’t great I don’t own or work at a bank. Due to this when I need help I go to TD for my banking needs. Recently sent a wire with them and it was easily the worst customer service interaction I’ve ever had. I handed the clerk my cell phone as the address to the business I was wiring was in a different country and I preferred it went to the right place. He printed out the completed wire contract 3 times and each time it was incorrect and I had to make a change to it. We had access to t... read more
