I have never had a poor experience using this branch and have always had great experiences with the staff. I have always been treated with respect as a customer and have never felt pressured into doing anything I didn't want to sign up for.
TL;DR: the bank sucks, customer service ain’t great I don’t own or work at a bank. Due to this when I need help I go to TD for my banking needs. Recently sent a wire with them and it was easily the worst customer service interaction I’ve ever had. I handed the clerk my cell phone as the address to the business I was wiring was in a different country and I preferred it went to the right place. He printed out the completed wire contract 3 times and each time it was incorrect and I had to make a change to it. We had access to t... read more
I went there today and Paola Mancini was so helpful greeted customers as they came in very resourceful and precise gave me excellent advice and treated me with such kindness. I wish all staff could be like her as she is one of a kind and I’m so pleased of the service I received from her.
The staff here are very unpleasant. No customer service at all. The new male teller around 30 doesn't say hi, or even ask what they can do for me. Sits there with a mad look on his face and doesn't speak the entire time. Unbelievable! Who trained this guy! I've had him more than once, so he wasn't just having a bad day.
