Slow service, waste the time
I’ve never been to a bank that seems to care less about their customers and I’ve done banking in Italy (if you know you know) I walked into the bank at 2:37 pm and just walked out now at 3:49 so an hour and twenty waiting in line. I must note the signs I saw while waiting in line, “provide legendary customer service”, lol, and at the front “we bank on respect” except you don’t respect your customers time at all as the line is extending out into the mall main foyer and yet you only have four tellers working. There needs to be a full bank of tellers available at all times. I just about passed out waiting in line for nearly an hour today. There's no accessible priority either. Unacceptable
Poor customer service- only one staff working at 1:15pm, while all managers were in a meeting. When I asked if anyone could walk out of the meeting and help with the long line, I was told that nothing is more important than their meeting.
