Yesterday, I visited this TD branch with a complex and non-standard issue. Four employees were kind and responsive, but the situation only began to truly make sense when I was referred to Cedric. Cedric demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a deep understanding of both the bank’s internal systems and the core of my request. He has all the tools needed to identify, analyze, and clearly communicate a solution — and he does so with patience and clarity. Those who follow me know I do not usually give 5 STAR Ratings however, TD Bank is getting one of my first. I had a particular financial issue and TD Bank went personally above and beyond and a showed me today what was exemplary customer service. Thank you "Marc from customer care" Fantastic! Not only was my issue resolved but I received valuable knowledge and resources on how to resolve this issue. This machine does not dispense five dollar bills. However if the mall is open, the machines inside the branch and the one ATM in the mall dispense fives.
they should fine this bank for everyday its open and the managers purposefully understaff. I think whoever is in charge of scheduling here needs a pay cut so yall can afford to actually have competent staff
