Parth was exceptionally unhelpful and unprofessional. He did not follow the bank’s own process regarding a safety deposit box, and even when he was proven incorrect (by the estate department that he told me to get in contact with) he continued to argue with me. He was solely concerned with trying to tell me he was in fact right, vs fixing the issue that he created. Not impressed, certainly won’t be dealing with TD again.
This branch is so helpful and tue people her are so nice and especially saman she helped me get my first debit card
Don't go to this place! Rude customer service and very slow.
Easily the worst bank in Canada. Their fees are outrageous.
