Rarely do banking in person. But had to go in for a failed chip. Was quick. Too bad this location is supposed to close.
Manager or older lady with blonde hair, bigish build, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not tell me her name and insulted me and my daughter, making her way OUTSIDE of the bank. She was saying we cant use the internet if we arent customers of TD bank however, both me and her are customers and disrepected us. I've been a costumer for over five years. This place has such kind and friendly staff like Susana , Pablo and Alex. I had a issue with a dealer a few months ago and Alex handled it on behalf of me very well. Besides, if you don't get the English language, they can help you. Susana speak Spanish and Pablo Philippines.
Ida is the worst. I was questioning a hold on my account, I asked to speak to a different representative for further understanding and Ida came over. Upon me asking questions, she asked me to remove myself from the line and wait for her to come speak to me. Went to this branch to get date of death values for a deceased family member on January 30th that are required to settle his estate. Didn't hear from Sadaf in the estate department until February 10th, 11 days after I requested the values at the branch, and was told I would have his date of death values in a few days by secure email. I didn't get those values in a few days, and called Sadaf on Friday the 14th of February, and asked for them again and my call was not returned!
