Td is terrible bank in general the way they deal with problems is awful *******************************************

I was at this branch Friday June 13th at 330pm. Went in to inquire about NSF fees. $48 asked to speak with bank manager - was told the teller customer service manager was the person to talk to, great. Was told that NSF fees could not be reversed as it was the company’s who tried to take money out …… at 3:35pm I messaged my insolvency trustee and asked him… he replied at 3:36pm….. ive attached screenshot…I’m not going to write the lies that were told to me after that, it would be a she said I said.
