Avoid this branch worst one ever deal with. 2 teller on huge line up manager having a conversation with client 10 people in line. Ignoring line as it grows. Most td will bring in someone open line. No respect for anyone
Great customer service
– Worst Experience I opened a new account at TD Bank, and it has been a terrible experience. They put a hold on a bank draft for more than a week, even though it was from my own partner. This policy makes no sense! The staff were rude and didn’t seem to know their own rules. Instead of helping, they just kept giving vague answers. It was frustrating and a complete waste of time. If you’re thinking of banking with TD, be ready for long delays and poor service. I wouldn’t recommend it!
