Switching main banks because of this branch. I went to this branch to get some cash. I asked the teller if there was a fee on the withdrawal and he said no. So I get my cash. I look at my statement and see I got charged a fee. I call TD and they say well “it accumulates over the incidents” and could not even say what was the first transaction that I was being charged for and complained too about how I make a lot of transactions the only included transaction. I want my money back
Gurdev’s customer service is extremely poor
I visited the bank today (April 7) around 3:00 PM and had a very uncomfortable experience with a male employee. The staff member asked many unnecessary and irrelevant questions that were not related to my banking request. It felt more like an interrogation than professional customer service. The process became stressful and frustrating, and I expected better treatment from a bank. I hope management reviews this situation and improves staff behavior.
