The fact that they don’t have Mexican pesos available at all times is so disappointing.
There’s one lady who was a dream to talk to. Then a very rude lady at the desk who I keep avoiding. She’s not pleasant at all. Not looking forward to seeing her again.. Philip also was… dull and helpful but unhelpful. Not guiding the right way and not suggestive to TD insurance. Why? Doesn’t make sense to me.. I was more excited before the appointment. We've had the pleasure of banking at this newer TD branch since 2023. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable & personable. If you have banking activities or have questions then you're in good hands with the entire team at this branch. If you happen to meet Hannah or Phil Parsons then you've met two of the very best!
This is by faaaaaaaar the worst branch I have ever stepped a foot in. I'm going to close all my td accounts because of this branch. Avoid this branch like the plague.
