Today I waited for 30 minutes in the line. Then the tall staff serving me told me that he could not help me with oversea transaction and he said only 25 minutes away the office closing time.
Nobody told me I could not access the safety box for the last 15 minutes before branch closing. I only see the teller ~Jason on his face is I don't want to OT, I want to leave on time .
I visited this TD Bank branch today and requested to withdraw $20,000 in cash. To my surprise, I was informed by the teller that I would have to wait until next week to access my funds. Given that today is Tuesday, this means an almost one-week wait, which I found absolutely ridiculous! The worst part was that when I asked if there was anything they could do to expedite the process, I was bluntly told that there was nothing they could do. I had a very pleasant customer service experience with Ms Carmen Malfara. She managed to find out and solved a problem with my credit card . I have not enough words to appreciate her caring and professional service.
Slowest turtle service I was second in the line and it took 30 minutes to get the cash. Terrible service Specially Imad made me set extra 10 minutes
