Employee arrive late, then proceeds to make a non existent excuse about not being able the bank due to cars and people waiting out side the bank. Why does other branchs’ have no problems opening the bank on time when other customers does the same thing. Don’t blame other people for you being late and stop wasting our time.

Kelly is awesome at TD BANK. well educated, very professional and fast to the resolution. She assisted me through a small hickup, I had nothing more to worry about, she took care of it A-Z and left me beyond satisfied. Reasons like this to why I bank with TD bank for 10 Years + and many more years to come!
Today I waited for 30 minutes in the line. Then the tall staff serving me told me that he could not help me with oversea transaction and he said only 25 minutes away the office closing time.
