Jada Murray is undoubtedly the best customer service executive I have dealt with so far in Canada. She went above and beyond to assist me with patience, professionalism and smartness. Very approachable, amicable and thorough. She's young but she's going to go places. I wish there were more like her and I sincerely wish her all the best for everything. I made 3 trips to the bank there was lot of back and forth but Jada made it all so easy. Robert was helpful as well. Thank you!
Excellent (in person) teller service at this TD Bank location.
As a brand new customer who is trying to open a new account this branch gave me the worst customer service ever.
