The bank teller Laurie, is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I've been banking with TD for about as long as I've been alive. This is the second time I have had to deal with her extremely poor and unprofessional attitude. I will NOT be going back to do anything at this bank. Thinking about closing my accounts and banking someplace where the employees actually respect their customers. Unbelievable.
I was assisted today by Cole who was super knowledgeable and helpful. I am very thankful for his easy and efficient service. Everyone at the branch was wearing a smile and it was great to see!

Racism at its peak ,Their behaviour was unacceptable they do not welcomed their customer as they should, they only treat good to people who r from their same race 👎🏻
Walked out emotionally and physically exhausted just proving all this while the authenticity of my self-owned business account which I have had with TD since 2015 !!! Will avoid going to this branch in the future !
