Went to the TD branch and was helped by teller Megha Shukla she was amazing with helping us set up online banking and explained us all the benefits of the account and personal loan, overall excellent customer service. Cheers
Constantly get told different things depending on which person I get. From them wanting to hold checks even if they are certified. Just went in for a new card because the one I have is not working half the time, instead of just giving a replacement card over the counter they told me that it would be coming in the mail..... the lady literally had a stack of them sitting by her keyboard ffs. Avoid. These guys will open accounts for you to make commission. They will “forget” to return calls and emails. Will have you sign important time sensitive documents and THEY WILL BE THE ONES LATE AND IGNORING THE TIME. Save your time go to a professional bank
