I started my loan application in May and now is the middle of August I am still in process. Honestly I am shocked that people so unprofessional. Very poor service and don't reccoment to use this branch
Extremely bad and unprofessional service. I have been TD client over 20 years and never seen so poor service, Very upset
These people get your banking done professionally... never had any issues here at all. It's closer than my home branch so I use it periodically. My biggest question, and it is a baffling one, is why one earth don't banks, and this is all small town banks (seemingly), stay open at least until 6 on at least one day a week, so people who work 9-5 or 8:30-4:30 but commute, are able to use this branch. Absolutely fantastic service! I had an appointment today with Marley and he was absolutely more than helpful! He was clear and concise with explaining my situation and what they could do to help! Would definitely recommend banking with TD!
