I've nothing but good things about this bank. It's close to where I Live, I have no complaints about them. this bank is way better than. royal bank. they have a drive thru. where you can take money out. from your vehicle rather than going inside the bank. I've been with td canada trust for a few years now. I did have an appointment but I waited it out I didn't rush for my Appointment. I waited until they called me in. My brother-in-law has no complaints about them either.
Staff needs better training.
Customer service is not a priority here.
