Customer service is not a priority here.
So glad I pulled out of this bank. The manager who served us could see how my mother suffers from arthritis could barely put in her pin. I go to help. She puts a stop to that as it's not my card. I understand that but it has never been an issue before. This place needs to get its staff on the same page and management needs to get off its high horse.
WE ARE FROM THE STATES WAS LITTLE EARLY FOR OUR APPT AS WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT THE PEACE BRIDGE TRAFFIC. INTIALLY AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN THE DOOR THE PERSON WHO HAD AN APPT WITH DECIDED TO GO TO LUNCH. WE WAITED APPROXIMATELY 15 MIN. SHE CAME BACK & DECIDED TO TAKE CARE OF US, OF COURSE, SHE MENTIONED WE INTERRUPTED HER LUNCH & CERTAIN MEDS SHE IS ON SHE NEEDS TO EAT AT A CERTAIN TIME.
