Soooooo stupid!!!!!!!!! ATM available only during hours of operation
I had a horrible experience at this location on March 27. I made an appointment to talk with a financial advisor. I was scheduled with Myron. After waiting 10 minutes he tried to talk to me at the counter. I did not make an appointment to talk at the counter. But first I had to ask him who he was because he didn't even introduce himself to me. I start telling him I want to discuss the best ways to deposit a large estate settlement cheque and he tells me that he doesn't do financial planning. Also all of the staff was Indian ... read more
What is the point of having ATM's if they aren't available after regular bank hours and Sunday?? This is the same as the other TD at Long Branch ave... which means there are NO after hours options for the entire Mimico/Long Branch neighbourhoods. This level of service (or lack thereof) is utterly astounding. It's 2025 and TD is treating it's clients like it's 1925.
