This is one of the worst banks i have ever dealt with, stupid rules, I went in to pay my deseased husband's line of credit off, they would not let me because I didn't have an account there. I had all the proper paperwork from my lawyer and that still made no difference. Guess they dont want my money. Very disappointed.
I have been watching the customer service within TD decline for years. It seems to have gone in the direction of “money making business” over “a service provided to the public”. Between my own experience and reading and hearing others it saddens me to know a place I once loved now infuriates me. I don’t believe the problem is completely this branch so much as a corporate structure issue. I think the company as a whole needs to take a look at who is calling the shots and make some changes.
