2 tellers during lunch hour. 7 people in line, and some other bank employees chatting away with one another in offices, and wandering around. Every time I come to this location it’s such a wait. Cant afford to put another teller or two up front when there’s big lines or lunch rush??
I had made an online appointment with Lotoya. I arrived for my appointment and got stood up. I waited 20 mins and the person never arrived. No one even checked in with me or updated me until I asked. The branch manager was not helpful, only told me that she was running late after i asked. I couldn't get help from another agent because they were all busy/booked. Why is the bank machine not accessible at 9:32 p.m on a Tuesday. I dont think it's appropriate that we as customers are not enabled to access our own money at a bank machine. We already pay an exorbitant amount of fees, hire some security you're billion dollar scams, you should be able to afford it
ATM doors locked after hours. Had to go across the street to BMO and pay service fee. Lousy service.
