I would like to file a complaint regarding TD Bank Bloor & Jopling Branch employee Dylan P. Lankar. I visited the branch on July 30 to open a TFSA account, and during the process, Dylan P. Lankar was extremely impolite. He asked me how much money I have in other banks, and he explicitly told me that opening a TFSA Direct Investment account was “not a wise decision.” He informed me that TD Bank needed one day to review my application and that he would call me the next day with the result. Caroline the best customer service representative. She helped me and my mother July 9th. I've just paid credit card bill with her and she assisted my mother with her checking account and helped her reset her td mobile password. Caroline extraordinary customer service very easy deal with very helpful. She deserves to be promoted to a branch manager
