This person shut the door in my face when it was not 4pm yet, I showed her the time in my phone and she saw it was not 4pm yet, but she didn’t care.
I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Kim Santana at TD Bank. He was extremely helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. He listened carefully, answered all my questions clearly, and always did so with a warm smile. It truly made my visit to the bank a pleasant experience. Employees like him should be highly valued by the company, as this kind of attitude makes a real difference and encourages customers to feel comfortable and welcomed. TD Bank needs more people like him.
I've been coming to this branch regularly for years and the staff has always been very professional and friendly. However, just recently, after dealing with a death in the family, Cameron did an excellent job in helping to deal with all the necessary banking needs I had, and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Kind, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
