I have been a TD customer at this branch for over 10 years, and I’m extremely disappointed with how much the service has declined in the last year. The staff are often rude, unhelpful, and show little interest in resolving customer inquiries. Instead of welcoming clients, they seem more focused on rushing people out the door.
