I've been going to this bank for 11+ years and there has been more than a few times where the staff is just NOT professional and VERY rude. I experienced this again today where the staff was rushing me out of the door and impatient with their service towards me. As someone who has worked in customer service YOU SHOULD treat EVERY client in front of you as priority UNTIL they are COMPLETELY SERVICED.
