Since Megan Walsh took over as Manager, things have improved. Tellers are available to serve. Megan is almost always there keeping a watchful eye to ensure business runs smoothly. She is friendly & always has a smile on her face.
Rude unhelpful service, came to close a bank account and credit card on Saturday last week, the bank teller (though she was the only one polite) couldn't help us, called her supervisor, who told us to come in on Tuesday, on Tuesday we arrive, the representative was not able to help us called the same guy, their supervisor, who charged out and started questioning us in a condescending, dismissive and unprofessional tone.
