Awful experience. Staff is extremely slow and needs to ask management constantly for everything. When they get busy they aren’t opening another line, even with manager there and other support staff. Front line staff, while polite, lack both autonomy and assertiveness so it’s very frustrating. Worst experience , you expect to come to the bank and have a teller do the simplest job as to pay a bill becomes an ordeal where i am being charged a fee to have their staff do what they are paid to do. The supposed Manager on duties doesn't care to explain this ridicules fee nor take the time to hear me out and answer my question as to WHY SOMEONE WOULD BE CHARGED EXTRA TO DO HAVE THIER EMPLOYEES DO THIER JOB is beyond me. No access to atm machine at night doors locked. Didn’t think about customers needing to use atm at night. Useless
absolutely amazing staff everybody there has been so helpful. I wouldn’t recommend any other bank besides these guys and this location.
