Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, consistently depositing good cheques without any issues. Yet the first time I needed to deposit a full cheque amount, my request was denied without any real explanation or effort to help. Instead of working with me or offering a reasonable solution, the staff made the process frustrating and left me feeling like my business didn’t matter. Even the ATM access is closed. Wouldn’t recommend the location.
Customer service on phone was too long to wait 40 minutes we waited for agent. Thanks to Thiago Lopes for patience and service we successfully resolved our problem
