Every time I come to this branch I regret my decision to transact here. The lines move incredibly slowly and often require 2 or 3 employees working on one computer while the others stand around and watch instead of helping others. Seems no one here is competent enough to do basic transactions alone and there's no urgency as the line continues to grow. I came in to collect a foreign currency order and have been waiting over 25 minutes and counting... Pick another branch.
I hate to give even one star to this bank. I hope Google updates it's rating system here. The bank is total disappointment. I booked an appointment with a financial advisor using the best available option on my app. When I reached at the branch I was informed that the person Yash was not a licensed advisor and can't assist and was asked to reschedule as I need to set up the repayments gor my RSP that i withdrew from two years ago.I asked him to guide me how to select the right option, he was unable to guide me. Worst branch ever, there’s literally no one to give a call back on your repeated phone calls, no one willing to schedule an appointment in advance. Even a smallest of work like setting pre auth pmt on debit card with third parties & closing - shifting home branch are not done. Left multiple voice mails and phone calls in the past two months but literally no reply from them.
