I went into the branch on Thursday to enquire about renewing and purchasing GIC's. I was promptly told by the teller (without asking details) that the staff may be busy. He then walked over to a staff who appeared free (Ilhan Ibrahim was the name on the door) she and he chatted and then I was told that I should return on the day it was to be renewed.
