I had horrible customer service at this branch. The manager Paula Sun gave me lip service as to helping with an issue because the branch was closing and she was pushing me out the door and then didn’t follow through because she was ill informed. I also found her rude and dismissive. Overall no one was able to help or offer customer service that deserves higher than this rating. I’d find another branch to keep your belongings at.
