I got nice experience at TD as a new visitor . Rita is a very nice lady. she explained everything very clearly and had a great attitude in serving!
I lost my wallet and came to this branch feeling stressed, but they handled everything with care and professionalism. They got loss prevention on the phone, verified my identity, and helped me get a new card quickly. Even more importantly, they were understanding and accommodating of my disability, which made the process so much smoother and less anxiety-inducing. This asian/vietnamise guy very rude poor communication skill he yelled at me infront of other costumers and hes co worker… I dont know why they still keep this guy even theres a lot of complain about him… Poor costumer service, very rude and short temper.
