Around 12 o'clock Saturday 15th November 2025. indian girl received me. Only thing I wanted direct debit paper so I can get paid. I used my debit card I forgot my pin number bir tried anyway and it declined So she gave me second chance by saying your card will be blocked if you wrong again second time. I got nice experience at TD as a new visitor . Rita is a very nice lady. she explained everything very clearly and had a great attitude in serving!
I lost my wallet and came to this branch feeling stressed, but they handled everything with care and professionalism. They got loss prevention on the phone, verified my identity, and helped me get a new card quickly. Even more importantly, they were understanding and accommodating of my disability, which made the process so much smoother and less anxiety-inducing.
