If the branch had an ATM accessible 24/7 I'd give it a 5 star review. I understood the challenge with the homeless people, but I dont see why they cant make at least 1 machine available or relocate a machine to the exterior for access. Since all the branches other than downtown are located in the south of the city, it damned inconconvient after the downtown branch closes for the evenings & weekends.
The customer service is very poor. My friend had someone hack into her account and TD locked her account in order to “investigate” leaving her with nothing for the past 2 months now!! She hasn’t been able to pay her rent, her insurance , car payment. She has done nothing to deserve this and EVERYDAY she calls them and the manager : Kim hides behind the phone and leaves her employees to keep telling her tomorrow but then the same thing continues to happen.
