What a Joke! Inconsistent Info and Broken Promises! About a month ago, I had a really disappointing experience with TD. Long story short, the guy on the phone told me one thing, and the people at the branch said something different. Super frustrating dealing with all the hassle. A few days later, a branch manager called me to apologize and offered to waive my monthly fee for the next 6 months. Cool, right?
