I’ve had repeated issues at this branch. The wait times are very long, and some tellers seem inexperienced or unfamiliar with the systems, which slows service down. Additionally, the staff’s dress code and professionalism don’t always meet expectations. I hope the branch improves training and efficiency for customers.
Mariam was amazing and very knowledgeable. If you need any help, go see her.
STOP calling with a "followup lead" I have no interest in any new services and look forward to closing the account as soon as possible.
