Long lines, was promised a call in a few days, 3 weeks later I finally called a 3rd time just to be told they couldn’t do what they said they could to begin with.
Long lines, lots of staff around but no one seeking to help customers. When you do get help, most of them seem very unfamiliar with the systems and you have to wait again for a supervisor to come help.
They are very welcomed and fast Today i was there There was a girl in the front her name is Miriam. She is nice person helped us and done with in 5 min.
