Staff was friendly and efficient
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this branch was extremely disappointing. I have had my personal TD account since 2013 and my business account since 2022. During all these years, I have never had a returned cheque, a bounced payment, or any issues with my accounts. Despite this long and positive history, I was treated as if I were an unreliable customer. My experience with Sandra and the branch manager was especially disappointing. Their investment advisors failed to setup my investment account after making me make 3 trips there. I transferred out of TD after that.
