Worst bank, staff is gossiping, no one cares , waited for 20 minutes to just deposit. Bulshit.
I visited TD Bank today to deposit a bank draft for a company we purchase equipment from. I had ordered the draft from my bank, CIBC, and was informed that since today is Saturday, the draft was automatically dated for Monday, February 10, 2025. To my surprise, when I attempted to deposit it, the front counter representative informed me that TD Bank would not accept it due to the future date and that I would need to return on Monday. Staff is always changing. Long lineups as they are always understaffed. Waited over an hour in line today.
Fix your exterior machine, has been broke over 20+ times this year when have gone to withdraw or deposit funds. Has to be a world record, no other ATM in the city has ever given me so much trouble
