Very rude employees and manager and this branch. I’ve been a business owner for 30 years and have never had my time wasted as much as I have here. Makes me rethink banking with TD.
New location. Friendly and fast service but TERRIBLY understaffed for the middle of a major industrial park, by west Edmonton mall, highway 16, 2, and 14. 2 tellers at 4 PM with this kind of line? Atrocious.
If you value your identity, avoid this TD branch. I came in because a fraudulent TD Visa card was issued in my name — using a fake email, fake employer, and false information — yet somehow a physical card was still created and held at this branch for pickup. TD didn’t catch it. I did. When I arrived to get answers, the experience was unbelievable.
