There are lot of people just walking around , helping randomly people with ATM , instead of actually going behind the counter and get the stuff done faster. 10-12 people in line , 2 people behind the counter , 1 is fresh , they don’t know what they are doing , only 1 person trying to cope up with this lineups , everyone else just stirring around or waking around .
Had pretty bad experience with service in this branch, seems like staff doesn’t know what to do, everyone walked from cashier to cashier, to make group service to one customer and forget for another one. We had 4 people in the line and waited more than half a hour. At 5:40 pm employee asked what questions we had, I told him that we would like to open an account for my son, he said “ok”, and when finally our line came, they said: “It’s already 5:50, there is no way we can do this” Most useless 50 minutes in my life. If I could I would like to give them -5 stars Jennifer Prieto you promised me to set up the paperwork to change my investment from GIC to Mutual Funds I was in this bank today and you weren’t there Moreover the branch manager didn’t help at all . Every thing done on purpose to accept what they like You guys do not like my money, so you do not deserve my money I will get out pretty soon
The wait times at this location are unacceptable. I do not understand why there are consistently only a few workers attending to customers alone.
