If I had to deal with this branch on a regular basis I would NOT be a TD member. They are the worst when it comes to any kind of banking. Take all your TD business to the Crestwood branch they are the only reason I’m still a member of TD Bank.

There are lot of people just walking around , helping randomly people with ATM , instead of actually going behind the counter and get the stuff done faster. 10-12 people in line , 2 people behind the counter , 1 is fresh , they don’t know what they are doing , only 1 person trying to cope up with this lineups , everyone else just stirring around or waking around .
Had pretty bad experience with service in this branch, seems like staff doesn’t know what to do, everyone walked from cashier to cashier, to make group service to one customer and forget for another one. We had 4 people in the line and waited more than half a hour. At 5:40 pm employee asked what questions we had, I told him that we would like to open an account for my son, he said “ok”, and when finally our line came, they said: “It’s already 5:50, there is no way we can do this” Most useless 50 minutes in my life.
