I have being a customer of TD actually ten years from Jasper Gate location. I have applauded Pal for his excellent customer service. I went in get an agreement form and any of the customer service didn't know how to print it out. PAL was just coming to work and I approached him for his help because I dealt with him previously. Pal didn’t hesitate to help. I wish all the employees would offer such excellent as PAL.
I personally would give this branch 5 star review for few reasons: a) They really care about the customers and I noticed that they even know their customers by names, especially those who have been with them for long time, b) fast and effective service. I am just a customer, not affiliated with the bank's management team at all, but I feel at home every time I visit this branch. I like this bank because it's never super busy, like all the other TD banks in the area. I find the staff friendly. And perk, it has a drive through!
