The service is always fast. Especially Lady Iryna She is very helpful and very welcoming. great work and behaviour.
Someone deposited my bank draft and it took the branch one week to do the investment. Now they told me they don’t verify person’s name when people deposit themselves! What a big stupid policy! So that means anyone can steal others check or bank draft and deposit to their own account! Even after the investigation, the bank still didn’t do anything and said they can’t withdraw the money from that wrong person!!!! It seems like they didn’t do their job at all!!! What a joke of TD Bank!!!!
The bank manager today was super rude. Very unfriendly guy. Walked past a bunch of people standing in line and ordered them to stand on the black mats in a very unfriendly way. Didn’t say please and just walked away without saying thank You. Guy acts like he owns the place. My girlfriend also banks here and has had bad run in’s with the same guy. It was a very bad experience with TD bank, as I submitted for credit card, they asked for income proof and many other documents , I had a high credit score -790 , and in final they gave me an approval for 500 CAD. Is this discrimination ?? other bank gave me 2 K CAD without all of these complications
