laziest branch on planet earth
Simple deposit takes upto 20 mins in line..
Worst TD bank location ever!! Lousy customer service, rude tellers, always a long wait even if there is only 2 people in line…Manager is ridiculous and just parrots back what the rude teller says!! As if I am stupid and don’t know I can make a cash deposit in the bank machine…oh and don’t dare approach the teller before you are summoned like royalty!!!
This branch is the reason I stopped banking with TD. The wait times were consistently long, and the staff seemed under-trained. During my last visit, I waited nearly 30 minutes for service. What was most frustrating was that the branch appeared to begin shutting down about 30 minutes before its posted closing time. At the time, I was the last customer waiting, and there was still plenty of time before closing.
