If there was an option for a negative # I would give it.worst service of any place ive ever been. Rude tellers.More concerned about drinking coffee than actually working. Teller took 25 mins to get coin for me.I run a business in the Mall and the delays constantly are not good
Extremely long wait times. Even if staff are there, they walk around in circles and talk with other staff instead of moving the line along. In 20 minutes, one staff has seen 3 customers while another has been stuck with 1 customer. The several other staff haven't seen anyone, and now more than 10 people are behind me in line
I went to this branch yesterday and asked for help to install the application on my phone for my business account, but the Indian girl working there, whose name I do not know, did not help me and said that I cannot do this transaction from the branch, whereas my friend had the same transaction done from this branch a week ago, please provide equal service to everyone.
I like this location. No anxious, off-the-street, bustle. Sat with Mashkur today and opened some new funds. Pleasant to deal with and very personable. Thank you.
there are a lot of people in line, only 1 window is open, I don’t recommend it because the wait is long, it won’t work quickly.
