I was used to dealing with the downtown branch years ago and found this one to be the same or just as good.
Excellent customer service, I wish all TD locations had the same level of customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Yesterday was the second time I’ve had an appointment to get advise for “experts” and the second time I came home and got answers from Chat GPT. Useless advisors and management. Just there to sell us things and take out money. I think this mortgage expert is trying to trick me into having to stay TD as the advice was to come back 2 weeks before the end of my term.
