Nice experience of delicacy and prompt service with on screen promotions
The wait time was reasonable after my work hour. The staffs are friendly. And they made my transaction very smooth and easy. Did not give me any headache like other banks.

I am glad to be done with TD after having switched to another bank due to continued security issues. For this specific branch, the staff are great but under trained; each task I had to deal with took over an hour when it should have been 20 minutes or less. I would be told one thing on the phone, then another in the branch. Again, not an issue with the staff themselves but rather whoever is implementing the support and training.
