Tellers do not know how to do mortgage payouts and there was no manager or any other staff to do any overrides. Maybe have a sign out saying we are in training and can not do any of the following with a list or a sign that says we do not have a manager in today so people aren’t wasting time in line. Just a suggestion. Training needed for mortgage payouts is a MUST! It’s not only this TD branch(rogers place) that doesn’t know how to do them!!
