Staff clearly has no training or experience in finance or costumer service. Tried to deposit some foreign currency and I had to explain them how currency exchange works. Two people counted the bills like 20 times.
I am appalled by the service I received at TD Bank from **Shazia Ashraf and Harry WTLAR**. I had a **simple request**: to close my credit card and receive a confirmation letter for my mortgage.
