It's very frustrating dealing with this bank and this branch. They just don't understand you and they make you feel like you should be lucky that they're even there to help you. Three years ago, I was on a joint account with my sister and mother. My mother died and we cleared her estate, closing the joint account altogether. Nice TD bank branch.
Horrible customers service. Whenever you call they place you on hold and never return. Tried 5 times today, same thing every time. Update: After 2 days of trying, someone finally picked up the phone. But then it was a two week wait time to speak to a Mortgage Advisor about renewing with TD. Too long, I’ll reach out to a broker.
