The level of disorganization and lack of professionalism at this branch is unacceptable. I came in seeking advice on a credit/loan of approximately $20,000, and every interaction was a waste of time. I’m out of the country for an extended period and have no access to my phone. So I’m locked out of my account cuz I can’t receive a text or call to verify myself and I can’t call them. One star is for not having an email contact. I have bills to pay! They want my money but the systems in place are making it impossible for me to pay my credit cards. Absolutely ridiculous. Please offer an email contact option or another avenue to get into my account.
I've just read reviews from over 6 months ago mentioning the awful hours of 9-4 on weekdays only. These hours are unacceptable how is any full time employee supposed to do any kind of banking when most jobs go later than 4pm. There is enough people around it should not be that hard to find staff. Infact I know it's not. Great bank good people but they changed their hours to close at 4pm that isn’t even 8 hours open and does not give working people a chance to get to the bank during open hours. Why not change your hours from 10 or 11M to 5 or 6pm so people can actually use the bank.
