I've just read reviews from over 6 months ago mentioning the awful hours of 9-4 on weekdays only. These hours are unacceptable how is any full time employee supposed to do any kind of banking when most jobs go later than 4pm. There is enough people around it should not be that hard to find staff. Infact I know it's not. I've seen countless messages from the "owner" saying thank you for your comments we've contacted the parties involved but this was over 6 months ago and still no change and no more staff. Great bank good people but they changed their hours to close at 4pm that isn’t even 8 hours open and does not give working people a chance to get to the bank during open hours. Why not change your hours from 10 or 11M to 5 or 6pm so people can actually use the bank.
Very dissatisfied you have changed your hours from 5:00pm close and open on Saturday’s to 4:00pm close and closed on Saturday’s. No announcement to your customers, closing this account.
I opened an account on this branch and the account advisor Shelby is very helpful and attentive. She made sure I will get the best offer there is. And the process of opening an account is easy.. or rather she made it look easy.. I came with my husband and told him he better switch to TD. Two thumbs up to Shelby. 👍👍
Hours online say 5 pm closed Hours at bank say 4 pm closed and they are closed Saturday and Sunday so if your blue collar don't open a account here unless you like holds on your Cheques and even if you take time off/ leave work early you might show up and find a note on the door saying sorry closed early so stay far away from this bank take your money and run
